Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and control the entire Finance, Accounting & Tax functions of the company.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and handle tax audits effectively.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Manage the monthly and annual closing process accurately and on time.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Proven experience as a Finance or Tax Manager (Minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
