Cipta Artha Lestari is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor to lead our financial operations in Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Manage and ensure timely submission of all monthly and annual tax reports (PPN, PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax).
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
- Review and improve internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow projections and manage treasury functions to optimize working capital.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on complex accounting and tax issues.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and budget-to-actual reports to management to support strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws; Brevet A & B certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Jurnal) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight monthly reporting deadlines.
