Navitasys Technology Limited is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) Supervisor to lead our financial operations in Cikande, Banten. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health and regulatory compliance of our organization within the fast-evolving technology manufacturing sector.
As the FAT Supervisor, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial reporting, ensuring that all accounting practices adhere to PSAK standards and that our tax obligations are met with precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department, including General Ledger, AP/AR, and fixed assets.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK.
- Manage the company’s tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure all findings are addressed.
- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to mitigate financial risk.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
- Keep abreast of changes in accounting standards and tax regulations to ensure the company remains fully compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
- At least 4-5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Possess Brevet A & B certifications; Brevet C or a professional accounting certification (CA/CPA) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (E-Faktur, E-SPT) and PSAK accounting standards.
- Proven experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
