Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a leadership role? Photograms is seeking a highly skilled Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor (FAT) to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting.
In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our accounting processes. You will lead the preparation of comprehensive financial statements, ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your expertise in tax compliance will be essential as you manage statutory filings and coordinate with external auditors. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can analyze financial data to drive business decisions and mentor junior team members.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage all tax compliance activities, including VAT, CIT, and other statutory filings in strict accordance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance on complex accounting issues and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to identify operational risks and implement effective internal controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with management to develop accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, tax, or financial supervision roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
