Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily online banking transactions with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring all employee data and statutory compliance are met.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify any discrepancies.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing invoices, as well as employee reimbursements.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance administration, accounting, or payroll support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining accurate records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
