Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of finance application solutions (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials) to meet business needs.
- Partner with finance, IT, and business units to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and oversee system integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across financial platforms, performing regular audits and reconciliations.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process enhancements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities through reliable system outputs and adâhoc analyses.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for finance system initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and training to endâusers, fostering adoption and best practices.
- Stay current with regulatory changes in the pharmaceutical sector and adapt systems accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP FI/CO or Oracle Financials is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data extraction and visualization.
- Inâdepth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, GAAP, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working in a crossâfunctional matrix environment.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language proficiency is advantageous.
