Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for assigned Australian business units.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to drive performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Prepare and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and board packs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights on operational initiatives and cost optimization strategies.
- Analyze business drivers and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement within the FP&A process, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by the business.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar strategic finance role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with major ERP systems (Xero, MYOB, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and business drivers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with Australian or international companies is a significant advantage.
