This position is ON SITE in Quezon City and operates on a NIGHT SHIFT schedule to support our global client base, allowing you to earn a significant night shift differential on top of a highly competitive base salary.

Tanggung Jawab
- Take an active role in monthly financial reporting, including profit & loss analysis, balance sheet reviews, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts to explain key drivers of performance.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and investment decisions.
- Analyze operational KPIs and financial data to provide actionable recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Support the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Create ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or any related business course.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, accounting, or auditing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable interacting with international stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule and onsite in Quezon City.
