As our Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be the backbone of our financial operations. You will oversee the complete accounting cycle, ensure strict compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulatory standards (BIR, SEC, etc.), and provide strategic financial insights to support our ambitious growth plans. You will lead a dedicated team, foster a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement, and directly impact the company's financial health and stability.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. You must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in general accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) in accordance with PFRS.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful variance analysis to management.
- Ensure full compliance with all BIR, SEC, and local government tax filing and remittance requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Manage cash flow planning, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance/accounting team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Support strategic financial planning, cost reduction initiatives, and special projects as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR tax regulations, and SEC compliance.
- Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or distribution industry is a strong plus.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
