Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support tax compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of VAT and Income Tax returns.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital financial documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to provide necessary financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of mathematical accuracy.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
