- Lead and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with accounting standards and healthcare regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing variance analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, government reporting requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Assist in strategic financial planning and analysis for expansion and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- With at least 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
