Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor actual spending against the budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Perform regular audits of financial records and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1/S1).
- Experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MyOB, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
