Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance with business partnering or FP&A focus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience in e-commerce or retail financial operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
