Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to develop financial strategies and support business planning initiatives.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Support the sales team with pricing analysis, profitability assessments, and margin management.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable financial reports and dashboards to management.
- Monitor working capital and cash flow requirements to ensure operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial queries from cross-functional teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Sales Finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
