- Lead and manage finance and risk consulting engagements, from scoping to final delivery.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' finance operations, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders, driving consensus and action.
- Oversee the execution of internal audit plans, including risk assessment, testing, and reporting.
- Design and implement enhancements to financial processes, leveraging best practices and technology.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of emerging regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, SEC, BSP) and industry trends to inform client advice.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and profitable outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus.
- Professional certifications required (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance consulting, internal audit, or risk advisory.
- Proven track record of leading client engagements and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Deep knowledge of auditing standards (IIA, GAAS) and financial reporting frameworks (IFRS/PFRS).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high collaboration with the team.
