Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting processes
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met
- Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship for professional development
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members
