Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results and the budget, providing actionable insights to management.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize risk.
- Assist in the budgeting process and provide financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Finance Controller or Senior Accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local accounting software).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
