As a Finance Executive at QubeApps, you will take full ownership of the financial accounting cycle. From managing day-to-day transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations to preparing accurate financial statements and management reports, your role is critical to our success. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with MFRS, IFRS, and Malaysian tax regulations, including SST/GST submissions. Beyond reporting, you will provide strategic financial analysis, support budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and help implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full spectrum of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Handle SST/GST submissions, corporate tax estimates, and annual tax filings.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and monitor daily cash flow.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing variance analysis.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience as a Finance Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and Malaysian taxation (SST, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Meticulous, ethical, and displays a high level of integrity in handling confidential financial data.
