Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform comprehensive monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Maintain a rigorous and organized filing system for all financial documents, contracts, and tax records.
- Monitor daily cash flow and assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Handle tax compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of VAT and withholding tax returns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during year-end audits and tax reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and accounting workflows for better efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and local tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
