Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily sales reconciliation to ensure all revenue is accurately recorded.
- Manage and process QRIS, EDC, and POS payments with high precision.
- Verify transaction accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and closing schedules.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate AR ledgers and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and sales reconciliation.
- Proficiency in using POS, EDC, and QRIS payment systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for client follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and closing procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
