Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor the finance team while fostering a collaborative work culture
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow operations
- Conduct financial risk assessments and mitigation strategies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification required
- Proven expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
