Join Alpen Food Industry as the Finance Head for our Indonesian Business Unit and lead financial strategy across 3 manufacturing plants. This pivotal role requires you to drive profitability, optimize financial operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the company's expansion goals. You'll oversee P&L management, accounts receivable and sales finance, cost control, budgeting processes, consolidation activities, and variance analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in FMCG finance, capable of implementing robust financial systems while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Mandarin language proficiency is essential to bridge communication with regional stakeholders and headquarters. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for 3 Indonesian manufacturing plants
- Oversee P&L management, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts receivable, sales finance, and working capital optimization
- Drive costing initiatives and inventory valuation across production facilities
- Coordinate financial consolidation and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP
- Implement internal controls and financial risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with operations to improve cost efficiency and profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in finance leadership within FMCG/manufacturing
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations (3+ plants)
- Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Fluent Mandarin speaker with strong English communication skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
