Wzone Gym Studio is currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Intern to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. As our Finance Intern, you will work closely with our core operations team to ensure accurate financial data handling. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily financial record-keeping and data entry tasks.
- Support the team in preparing monthly financial reports and budget summaries.
- Reconcile daily transactions and verify supporting documentation for expenditures.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities within the gym studio.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and statutory reports.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize financial workflow processes.
- Maintain physical and digital financial filing systems for easy accessibility and audits.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
