Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy of all accounting records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations (PSAK).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Conduct financial audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a stable, fast-paced environment.
