Aura Clinic Lombok is searching for an analytical and highly motivated Finance Manager to oversee and optimize our financial landscape. Based in Pujut, Nusa Tenggara Barat, we are a dynamic business group with expanding operations across real estate development, premium hospitality, retail, and medical aesthetics.
As our Finance Manager, you will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable growth strategies. You will take complete ownership of the accounting operations, treasury, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial forecasting across all our diverse business units. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and manage the day-to-day accounting and financial operations across multi-sector business divisions (real estate, hospitality, retail, and aesthetics).
- Formulate and execute comprehensive annual budgets, continuous financial forecasts, and detailed cash flow analysis.
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
- Implement, review, and continuously improve robust internal control procedures, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee all local tax planning, compliance, and reporting, ensuring full alignment with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with external auditors, banking partners, legal advisors, and government authorities.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking to guide senior management in business expansion decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team to encourage high professional standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, or Brevet A & B) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Prior experience managing finances within a multi-company structure, holding company, or across industries like real estate, hospitality, or retail.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial reporting standards (PSAK) and local corporate tax regulations.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to lead a team.
- Highly analytical mind with superior problem-solving skills and absolute attention to detail.
- Willingness to be fully based in Pujut, Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
