Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process to align with organizational goals and forecast future growth.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Manage corporate tax compliance and ensure adherence to all local tax laws and financial regulations.
- Direct treasury operations and cash flow management to ensure liquidity and optimal fund utilization.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure financial security and operational integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions with accurate financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to present financial reports to stakeholders effectively.
- CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
