Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relations, and investment strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts to ensure sustainable growth.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and internal control policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor the finance team to foster professional development and operational excellence.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management, with specific expertise in treasury.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex financial problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
