Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Handle tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of VAT and corporate income tax returns.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage petty cash accounts for various property sites.
- Assist the management team in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure all vendor payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial records are complete and accurate.
- Maintain a structured digital and physical filing system for all financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, PPN) and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or Jurnal.id) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Previous experience in the property or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
