Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor bank balances to ensure operational liquidity.
- Coordinate tax reporting and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (VAT, WHT, CIT).
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and department forecasts.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and tax reviews.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and taxation (Brevet A & B preferred).
- Proficiency in professional accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA or CPA) is a significant advantage.
