Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collection efforts.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Support cash flow management activities, including monitoring daily transactions and reporting.
- Assist with tax-related documentation and compliance, preparing necessary filings and reports.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Possess at least 2 years of proven working experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in using financial software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, MYOB) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
