Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
- Assist in the budgeting process and perform variance analysis.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
