Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily general ledger entries, including posting and reconciling transactions.
- Handle the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to support decision-making.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash funds efficiently.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and monitoring cost controls.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and filing systems.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
