VFS Services Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Staff to join our regional finance team in Jakarta Selatan. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of financial data, from daily bookkeeping to complex MIS reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and record daily financial transactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for regional leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including local Indonesian tax regulations (VAT/PPH).
- Maintain strict branch controls and perform regular internal reconciliations to mitigate financial risks.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for periodic reviews and audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure healthy cash flow management.
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures across the regional office.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax laws.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas).
- Experience using accounting software or ERP systems (SAP or Oracle experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and maintain a high level of integrity.
