Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monitor departmental expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including verifying invoices and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including contracts, receipts, and tax documents.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and special projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
