Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23/4(2), etc.) and corporate reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for financial and operational audits.
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with an ownership mentality and high sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective business communication.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (SAK/IFRS).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Jurnal).
- Flexible, inquisitive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
