- Support and maintain ERP finance systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications and solutions
- Ensure data accuracy across finance systems through regular audits and validation processes
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Act as the liaison between Finance and IT vendors to resolve system issues and implement improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for finance systems, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades
- Provide training and support to finance users on system functionality and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance System Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle Financials
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and controls
- Experience in system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
