Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and timely tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts.
- Manage general ledger activities and perform regular account reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and tax compliance within Indonesia.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and corporate accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or local ERP).
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
