Tanggung Jawab
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through trust and professional advice.
- Assess clients’ financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate insurance and investment products.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional ongoing service, including policy reviews, claims assistance, and financial check-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with agency leaders to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, client service, or financial services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license if not already held.
- Must reside in or be willing to work in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte.
