Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized financial planning and advisory services to clients
- Analyze clients’ financial status, goals, and risk tolerance to recommend suitable products
- Present and explain insurance and investment solutions from AIA’s portfolio
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and updates
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and product enhancements
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and branch targets
- Ensure all advice and transactions comply with company and regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; full training provided
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS modules) are advantageous
