PT Self Car Wash is a pioneering, fast-growing automotive service provider operating in Bali. We are currently seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly analytical Financial Controller to manage our daily financial activities and keep our business running smoothly from our Denpasar office.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging daily branch operations with high-level financial administration. You will be responsible for validating transactional data, handling cash security, and preparing detailed ledgers for our central accounting team. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and secure daily cash-handling operations and safe reconciliation.
- Verify, audit, and reconcile sales data from the internal CRM database.
- Execute and process bank payments, vendor transfers, and operational expenses efficiently.
- Organize, digitize, and prepare comprehensive financial documents and receipts for accounting submission.
- Monitor and report on daily cash flow and bank balance fluctuations.
- Collaborate with branch managers to resolve transaction discrepancies quickly.
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 2-3 years of practical experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or accounting.
- Strong capability in reconciling CRM systems, POS data, and digital bank records.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and modern accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for administrative errors.
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and responsibility in handling confidential financial data.
- Residing in or willing to work full-time in Denpasar, Bali.
