Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure full compliance.
- Develop and implement internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar Financial Controller or Senior Finance role.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CFA) is preferred.
