Speedmatrix Sdn Bhd, a premier partner for NVIDIA within the Asia-Pacific region, is seeking a visionary Financial Controller / Senior Finance Manager to spearhead our financial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full spectrum of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support long-term business goals and regional expansion.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing actionable insights into business performance and market trends.
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Establish and maintain rigorous internal control systems to ensure data integrity and safeguard company assets.
- Manage corporate tax planning, compliance, and liaison with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital to support operational requirements and investment opportunities.
- Mentor and scale the finance team, fostering a culture of professional development and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MIA, or CIMA is essential.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or controller-level role.
- Proven experience in building or restructuring finance departments, preferably within the tech or distribution industry.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate governance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic narratives.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- High proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
