Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for clients
- Develop tailored financial plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Promote and sell AXA's insurance and investment products
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Assist clients in claims processing and policy management
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales aptitude and customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be a resident of Pangasinan or willing to relocate
