As we continue our ambitious expansion, we are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in Jakarta Utara. This pivotal role will report directly to senior leadership and act as the cornerstone of our financial strategy.
As the FP&A Manager, you will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. You will be the go-to expert for financial insights, driving performance management across the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and long-term business planning.
- Partner with business unit leaders to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis to the executive management team.
- Drive the continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough investment appraisal and ROI analysis for new projects, capital expenditures, and business cases.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, promoting professional growth and a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the consolidation of financial data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a strong plus).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial FP&A role, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into clear strategic insights.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a distinct advantage.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, with a proven track record of driving business performance through financial analysis.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
