Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in retail or FMCG industry preferred
