Celestica, a global leader in design, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions, is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager / Senior Manager to join our dynamic finance team in Kulim, Kedah. This is a pivotal leadership role offering the chance to drive financial excellence and provide critical strategic direction across our high-tech manufacturing operations.
As our FP&A Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the site. You will serve as a trusted business partner to the Site Director and regional leadership, delivering actionable insights that directly influence key business decisions, profitability, and long-term growth. You will oversee a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven analysis.
Your expertise will be vital in managing complex financial landscapes, executing cost optimization initiatives, and evaluating capital investments. We are seeking a forward-thinking finance leader who can challenge the status quo, implement process improvements, and transform financial data into compelling business narratives. Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry or a similar fast-paced environment is highly advantageous.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the site’s FP&A function, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and variance reporting to senior management, identifying key business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives through detailed operational and financial analysis.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts, promoting professional growth and excellence.
- Partner with operational teams to evaluate capital expenditures, investment opportunities, and robust business cases.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with corporate standards and IFRS.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial management, or controlling roles, ideally within manufacturing or electronics.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS/MFRS) and internal controls.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a business partnering mindset.
