Join Funtomato Consultancy as a Financial Specialist where your expertise in accounting and ERP systems will drive our manufacturing operations forward. This critical role requires you to manage complex financial compliance including Sales and Service Tax (SST) for manufacturing, export documentation procedures, and Latihan Mesra Malaysia (LMW) regulatory requirements. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential to facilitate seamless communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance documentation. You'll be responsible for maintaining robust financial controls, optimizing ERP system utilization, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions in our dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and ensure compliance with SST regulations for manufacturing operations
- Handle export documentation procedures and customs compliance requirements
- Oversee implementation and optimization of ERP systems for financial operations
- Ensure adherence to LMW (Latihan Mesra Malaysia) compliance standards
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors during compliance reviews
- Support month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and export compliance
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Certification in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with LMW compliance and SST filing procedures
