Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze sales trends, production outputs, and market data to develop accurate finished goods demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained for key product lines.
- Monitor inventory levels in the warehouse and initiate replenishment orders or production adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the logistics and transport department to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to distributors and retail partners.
- Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in inventory planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.
