We are currently looking for a highly organized and strategic Finished Goods Planner to join our team in Laguna. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between production and sales, ensuring that our inventory is optimized to meet market demands while minimizing carrying costs.

As a Finished Goods Planner, you will leverage data-driven insights to forecast demand, coordinate closely with manufacturing units, and manage logistics schedules. Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze sales trends, production outputs, and market data to develop accurate finished goods demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained for key product lines.
  • Monitor inventory levels in the warehouse and initiate replenishment orders or production adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and transport department to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to distributors and retail partners.
  • Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rates, inventory turnover, and on-time delivery performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in inventory planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.
