Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations delivery, ensuring timely execution of logistics and distribution processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve service level agreements and operational KPIs
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain networks and reduce operational costs
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless delivery
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
- Drive digital transformation projects within the supply chain ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery operations and logistics networks
- Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain management tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Expertise in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
