Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive visual inspections of passive fire protection systems including fire-rated walls, joints, and penetrations
- Verify compliance with applicable firestop standards (ASTM, NFPA, UL) and project specifications
- Document inspection findings using digital tools and prepare detailed technical reports
- Identify installation deficiencies and recommend corrective actions for contractors
- Conduct follow-up inspections to verify remediation of non-compliant systems
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of safety issues
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification in firestop inspection or related safety field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in passive fire protection systems or construction safety
- Proficient reading of architectural blueprints and firestop installation details
- Strong knowledge of ASTM E814, NFPA 80, and UL firestop standards
- Ability to identify subtle installation defects and system vulnerabilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to technical accuracy
- Physical ability to work in various construction environments
